Who Gave The Idea Of Christmas Stocking?
The tradition is to hang the Christmas stockings out at night; from there Santa Clause puts gifts in them but where did this tradition derived? Some say it started with children hanging their socks out to dry over the fire on Christmas night but others say it started in Holland during the 16th century. This is where the kids would actually leave their shoes that were filled with hay somewhere around the fireplace so that Santa's reindeer could eat out of it. Eventually people started using Stockings instead.

On Christmas Eve as you are hanging your Christmas stockings with your family and drinking egg nog keep in mind that these are the moment you will want to forever cherish in your heart.

Christmas is a day to have fun, rejoice and celebrate the life of the Lord. Big meals are normally cooked on this day, while the entire family is invited to join the feast.
